I have to say sorry, first of all, but I have to say the hardest-to-use website for an architect like me could be the public site munimadrid. I´m really sorry to say that, And I avoided to say anything about it some posts ago. But now, reading this post, I have to say that I can find and buy a renfe´s ave ticket, but I spend a lot of time locating something in Munimadrid site. I´m not proud of all the things I do, and I´m sure it has to be a work very hard to do; I really appreciate your site and links, but I can´t keep silent on this.
Sorry for my english.

Renfe did a restyling of their site about a year ago, and they probably spent a good chunk of cash, but it's still a total mess, and one of the worst on-line shopping experiences I've ever seen.

Thanks for the link! :-)

The picture, in fact, is quite crappy and it doesn't show how impressive was the stand. Not very big, but full of huge screens, lights, leds and very well designed (at least in a aesthetic way). The stand itself was saying: I'm very expensive.

And that's the point. That is the only aim: to show that they can afford it. "We're a huge company, you know?". Meanwhile, hundreds of things to improve, for sure, in several important things for the company, web among others.

I'm sorry but, pathetic.
